1. Audit
How can I give you the best advice without doing a deep dive into your business, its model, your audience and your channels?
This is allll about you and your biz, what you've tried, what worked, what didn't, what are your business goals etc.
2. Report & P.O.A
After my audit I'll give you a “state of affairs report” that identifies opportunities for growth and avenues to explore.
We'll meet to discuss finding and your input at this stage will help shape your “plan of action” which is the document that will unlock your momentum!
3. Support
I won't dump a bunch of to dos on your plate and let you navigate it on your own, taking you back to square one… no!
It's all nice and well to know what to do but sometime you need someone in the trenches with you, someone who cares & who's wants to see you and your biz succeed.
